Four years ago I visited this site in Sandringham, Auckland.
There were 17 state houses here.
The tenants were kicked out and the land and houses sold for $8.6m to a private developer - who said he would build 50 houses.
So four years on where are they?
Still being planned is the answer.
Progress is slow. Very. Very. Slow.
