Police are hunting for a man with a "particularly long, bushy, unkempt beard" after a woman was indecently touched while she slept on Saturday at her Hamilton property.
The woman was woken up in the early hours of the morning and immediately raised the alarm.
The man is described as a Caucasian in his thirties, with a medium to solid build.
Police have asked for help in identifying the man, and anyone with information should contact Detective Thomas Joubert on 07 8586200 or anonymously report to Crime Stoppers on 0800 555111.
