A large contingent of our Olympians returned home from Rio today and probably not far off going to bed for a long overnight flight.
But one athlete who stayed up for us and is sharing her family time with us is Sevens player and silver medallist Tyla Nathan-Wong.
Ms Nathan-Wong credits her father and grandfather for inspiring her to play rugby and now she's brought home a medal.
