Day two of pie diet: Lessons learnt

Last night, we started the first day of a month's diet of only pies and beer. The reason behind this experiment is to show weight loss is simply about calories in versus calories out.

For four weeks and every meal, it will be only pies and on Fridays, one pie can be swapped out for three beers.
