Two international flights have been diverted from Wellington to Auckland due to fog.
Air New Zealand flight NZ813 from Nadi, Fiji was due to arrive in the capital at 12.45am, but after one attempted landing, the flight was made to fly on to Auckland to land safely.
Earlier, Qantas flight QF163 was due to arrive from Sydney at midnight, but it was also forced to fly to Auckland.
The first international flights out of Wellington Airport on Sunday morning have left on time.
