Northern Districts cricketer Scott Kuggeleijn could be about to find out when he will stand trial again for alleged rape.
His case has been set down for callover in Hamilton District Court on Thursday, when a trial date could be allocated.
His initial trial ended in a hung jury five weeks ago, with jurors unable to agree on a verdict after 11 hours of deliberations, and he was remanded on bail.
Kuggeleijn, 24, has denied sexually violating a woman in Hamilton last year.
The case centres on whether consent was given by the woman before sexual intercourse took place.
