SBW & Sarah Goss are helping you to not get hurt

If you yourself or someone you know plays sport, you'll know how devastating an injury can be.

A new warm-up programme is rolling out to reduce the chances of serious injuries in football by half.

The ACC programme is based on a FIFA model and has been proven to reduce all injuries in football by 30 percent and serious injuries, including knee, hamstring and ankle injuries, by 50 percent.

The programme will be rolled out to 4000 secondary school coaches and 80,000 players.

It's also expected to have similar benefits for players in all other sports, so Story teamed up with Sonny Bill Williams and Women's Sevens captain Sarah Goss at a high school to find out more.
