It is Auckland Art Week and Lorne Street and High Street are just two of the many abuzz with art installations and activities.
More than 100 venues and galleries around Auckland have taken part and the event runs for nine days this month.
Story ventured down to Late Night Art in the central city where guided walking and cycling tours are available as well as live art events.
Auckland Art Week is running in 10 neighbourhoods all over Auckland until Sunday.
