A Chinese man has denied using someone else's driver's license while taking a tour group on a bus trip around Fiordland.
Thirty-six year old Xu Cao was accused of dishonestly using the license in February.
It belonged to another Chinese man who worked for the Christchurch company - Alps Travel.
A second man involved was offered a diversion for giving false or misleading information when he applied for a driver's licence, while new charges were laid against three drivers who are alleged to have made false entries into the travel companies vehicle logbooks.
