Demand for meth in this country is at an all-time high. Reports the levels of addiction are fast closing in on alcoholism with it being half the price it was a year ago and easier to buy than a loaf of bread.
Ducan spoke to Massey University drug researcher Chris Wilkins to see if decriminalising cannabis would solve the problem.
