Christchurch dairy robbed for cash and cigarettes

Two employees of a Christchurch dairy have been left shaken after an armed robbery.

Three people entered the Night n Day in Woolston around 2:30am, threatening employees with weapons including a pistol.

The offenders made off with cash and cigarettes.

Police say they're following positive lines of inquiry.

The Ferry Rd store has been robbed seven times in the last six months, with thieves targeting similar items each time.
