Police are hunting a man who escaped Corrections custody in the wealthy Auckland suburb of Epsom on Saturday morning.
After getting away Shane Wikaira, 25, allegedly stole a silver Toyota Starlet hatchback - registration BPH283 - and fled to south Auckland
Police say anyone who sees him should stay away, and call 111 urgently.
