The Vodafone outage which affected parts of Auckland and Northland has now been fixed.
A spokesperson for the telecommunications company said the outage lasted 16 minutes on Thursday afternoon.
All services have been fully restored.
Vodafone apologised for the effect the outage had on customers.
It says technical teams are monitoring the network.
