A horse has been hit and killed by a vehicle on the Christchurch Northern Motorway near Belfast.
One person is trapped in the vehicle, a fire crew working to free them.
It's believed three horses somehow got onto the motorway, around the Tram Rd on-ramp and the Main North Rd off-ramp.
Animal control was notified, and the two surviving horses walked to a paddock.
Traffic was only briefly interrupted.
