Nine teenage boys and one 43-year-old man are in a stable condition after a chemical incident in Tauranga.
Emergency services were notified of the incident at around 6:30pm on Saturday.
They are being treated at an isolated ED room at Tauranga Hospital.
A spokesperson for the hospital says the patients came in with an irritation of the eyes.
