A Kiwi man has died in Bali, reportedly after a night out drinking.
Bali News reported the 53-year-old man was found in an estuary on Saturday morning, after an evening of beer-drinking.
The news outlet reported that a hotel employee found the body at 6:50am, following a night out drinking with family and friends at the Bali Palm Hotel in East Bali.
It was reported the man was staying at the hotel with his wife, who left him at the bar on the evening of their last day at the hotel.
She woke up at 1.30am and started looking for her husband.
Bali News said police found no signs of a struggle or violence on the dead man's body and do not believe he drowned.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade has confirmed the death.
