What's the future of Queenstown?

Has Queenstown reached its peak? The central Otago town has become a tourist mecca but it's running out of hotel beds and houses, fast. 

With record numbers of local and international tourists visiting the lakeside town, there are concerns it's getting too big to cope.

So is Queenstown the victim of its own success?
