A man's been hospitalised with mild hypothermia after being pulled from the water off Princes Wharf in Auckland.
Police were called around 5am on Sunday morning, but staff from Fullers Ferries had rescued the man by the time they arrived.
Senior Constable Martin Renouf of the Police Maritime Unit said ferry staff were pulling the 22-year-old from the water by the time police arrived, NZME reports.
Police say the crew did an excellent job of locating and rescuing the man, who they believe is a tourist.
The man was taken to hospital after the incident.
