A search is underway for a missing Canterbury man.
Sixty-six-year-old George Agnew was reported missing on Saturday morning after failing to return home on Friday night.
Mr Agnew had been camping in the Haldon Arm Reserve and last made contact with his family at lunchtime on Tuesday, November 21.
He has not been heard from since.
Mr Agnew's 7.6m yacht Solar Heat was found abandoned on Lake Benmore on Saturday morning.
Search and rescue teams and Coastguard were deployed on Saturday, with the search continuing on Sunday.
Police would like to hear from anyone who has seen Mr Agnew or of any sightings of his boat.
