One man has chest and rib injuries and another has a neck injury after separate falls at Kaiteriteri Mountain Bike Park.
A 50-year-old man fell while riding in the park about 10:20am on Saturday, the Nelson Marlborough Rescue Helicopter operator says.
He was flown to Nelson Hospital in a stable condition for treatment to rib and chest injuries.
The rescue helicopter immediately returned to the park to help a man with a neck injury from a fall while riding in the park.
"Due to the location of the second rider he was required to be winched out on a specialised stretcher," the helicopter operator said.
He was also flown to Nelson Hospital.
