The Kiwi Liquor store in Pukekohe has been robbed by a man wielding a knife.

The man entered the store on Manukau Rd about 2:45pm on Friday and took off down Harris Rd with stolen cash.

An 18-year-old man will appear in Hamilton District Court on Saturday on charges of being a party to wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm, making demands with menace, assaulting police and resisting arrest.

Police earlier arrested a 13-year-old man in relation to this robbery.
