A Blenheim drycleaners has partially collapsed after going up in smoke on Thursday morning.
Emergency crews were alerted to the Queen St building at around 1:45am.
The blaze is under control and there are no reported injuries.
The fire is not being treated as suspicious.
A fire investigator will be at the scene later this morning.
