Police have cordoned off an area in Auckland's CBD after an assault outside a strip club early on Friday morning.
The assault took place on Gore St outside the Penthouse Strip Club at around 3:50am, a media spokesperson told Newshub.
Police are carrying out area enquires and a scene investigation is underway.
