A body has been found in a stream in Henderson, Auckland.
Police were alerted to the corpse by a member of the public just before 1pm on Monday.
Officers are at the scene on Vitasovich Ave, opposite The Boundary shopping centre, and an investigation is underway.
The body has since been retrieved from the scene.
The death, which Police described as "sudden", has been referred to the Coroner.
