In his last post-Cabinet news conference for the year, Prime Minister John Key will be announcing some changes to who is at the top table.
It's expected Judith Collins will make a return to Cabinet after a year on the backbenches, replacing Corrections Minister Sam Lotu-Iiga.
He's also expected to announce a few more changes to the line-up as Parliament comes enters its last week for the year.
The news conference is scheduled to start at 4pm.
