Treaty Negotiations Minister Andrew Little has received requests to halt the settlement negotiations.
The 71-year-old will receive millions in compensation.
She received $500,000 after an officer arrested her for refusing to take blood from an unconscious patient.
The company has agreed to pay a settlement of USD$5million to more than 300 women and 15 black employees.
"There's certainly been employment settlements," Andrew Little says.
