New figures leaked to Labour show people of Chinese descent accounted for nearly 40% of house sales in the Auckland market.
The figures from an unidentified real estate firm cover February to April this year. Labour says the figures are staggering and show the Government is sitting on its hands when it comes to addressing the over-heated Auckland property market.
