The Wellington Mayor has written an open letter to Aucklanders telling them why they should move to her city.
Celia Wade-Brown says they should ditch the bad traffic and skyrocketing house prices for a better life in the capital.
So should Aucklanders consider making the big move?
"The rest of New Zealand's pretty good too. I like visiting Auckland, it's a great city, but let's face it: the growth in Auckland is too much for Auckland, and we need to spread the love around."
She says many people north of the Bombays don't realise what Wellington has to offer, especially when it comes to traffic and jobs.
