Professional boxer Mia St John is in New Zealand for a charity boxing match raising funds for mental health awareness.
She will be taking on Lisa Lewis at the Royal Rampage this weekend at Auckland's Trusts Arena.
Ms St John joined Paul Henry in the studio to talk about her career and her charity work.
The Mia St John Foundation provides education programmes to underprivileged children and their families.
She also has a clothing line called 26 Collection which holds workshops for young people who are dealing with mental health issues.
