Police have launched an investigation into allegations that Charlie Sheen confessed on tape to lying to a partner about his HIV status.
On the tape Sheen allegedly also makes threats to kill his ex-fiancé.
Radar Online have a copy of the tape and police have demanded access to it.
The news organisation is refusing the request to keep the identity of its sources secret.
