Ahead of Joseph Parker's big fight this weekend, boxing commentator Colonel Bob Sheridan joined Paul Henry in the studio.
Mr Sheridan is backing the young Kiwi boxer to win by knockout.
He says this fight could be the turning point in his career, and if he wins it will set him on the track to becoming the Heavyweight World Champion.
The pair also discussed Mr Sheridan's vast career, which includes commentating the Rumble in the Jungle fight between Muhammad Ali and George Foreman.
