Juno to reach Jupiter

Nearly 600,000 kilometres from earth a spacecraft is about to make history.

The Nasa probe Juno is arriving at its final destination, Jupiter.

It will spend a year there studying what -- until now -- has been pure speculation.

So what are they looking for, and why do we need to find it?

Space Commentator Matthew Paveltich joined Mark Sainsbury, filling in for Paul Henry.
