Labour's housing policy announced

Labour has pledged to build 100,000 affordable homes around the country under a $2 billion master plan.

Leader Andrew Little has unveiled plans to set up an "affordable housing authority" which would deliver the homes over a 10-year period for first-home buyers.

Labour's housing spokesperson Phil Twyford joined Mark Sainsbury, filling in for Paul Henry.
