Mobile truck shop crackdown
The first two sentences have been handed down to mobile truck shops under new laws protecting vulnerable consumers.
The companies Betterlife and Goodring failed to provide borrowers with adequate information and were fined tens of thousands of dollars.
There are around 32 traders operating throughout the country, and the Commerce Commission is cracking down on them.
