Brendon McCullum to speak in Chch
There are two big sporting loves in Brendan McCullum’s life; cricket and the horses.
We haven't heard much from the former Black Caps skipper since he was asked to deliver the prestigious annual Spirit of Cricket lecture at Lords in June.
He slammed the International Cricket Council's investigation into match fixing and its treatment of confessed match fixer Lou Vincent.
He also stood by all of the evidence Vincent gave against Chris Cairns in his perjury trial.
There is a breakfast in the Garden city this morning, marking a partnership between Christchurch's famous Cup week, and the Maia Foundation, a charity working to improve Canterbury's health facilities, which he will be speaking at.
Brendon McCullum joined Mark Sainsbury, filling in for Paul Henry.
