They range from a rusty house in Whangarei, a house made of hemp in Taranaki, a fortress in Queenstown and two builds in Christchurch including a container house and a house in Wellington that is quite literally built on stilts - just some of the homes featured on this season of Grand Designs New Zealand.
Outside of Grand Designs, host Chris Moller has been building the Mt Pleasant Community Centre - with his 'click-raft' building method.
