UNICEF working with 20k Syrian orphans
The crisis in Syria has been making headlines for five years now.
It's been described as the biggest humanitarian disaster since the Second World War.
Nearly half a million people have died, while nearly five million have fled the war torn nation
Millions more are living in a desperate situation, with ISIS operating in the region and chemical weapons regularly being used.
Patrick Rose from UNICEF is on the ground in Syria and spoke to Mark Sainsbury this morning, filling in for Paul Henry.
