In just a few hours the unbeaten Black Caps take on Bangladesh in their final pool match at the World T20 in India.
Surprise spin-star Ish Sodhi is relishing the chance to make it four from four, and he hopes to carry that momentum, and confidence, into the semifinals.
The Black Caps' brains trust is not shy of testing new combinations, not afraid to adapt to the Indian conditions, but not even Sodhi expected such spin-friendly stir.
"To be completely honest I didn't expect it to turn as much as it has," he says. "Most of the tournaments I've watched over here in the past have been pretty decent batting surfaces, and to turn this much was unexpected, but we've had to adapt, and I think we've done that pretty well so far."
