All Whites striker Chris Wood is reportedly being chased by Chinese Super League club Tianjin Quanjian.

ESPN has reported Wood has become a target for the Chinese club after they failed to sign Chelsea star Diego Costa.

If the deal had been approved, Costa would have been the highest paid player in football.

Wood has been a big reason why Leeds United are currently pushing for a spot in the Premier League for the first time 13 years, scoring 17 goals in 29 games this season.

West Ham United, Swansea City, Sunderland and Wolfsburg have also been linked with his signature, but Leeds are asking for £15 million.

Wood has played for 10 English clubs since joining West Brom from Hamilton Wanderers in 2009. Leeds signed him from Leicester City in the summer of 2015 for about $5 million.
