Leeds United and All Whites forward Chris Wood is fielding a number of offers from Premier League clubs according to sources close to the player.

Clubs interested in the 25-year-old include West Ham United and Sunderland but they've reportedly been put off by the Championship Club's valuation of Wood, which is approximately NZ$25.4 million.

The valuation is particularly high because of Leeds' desire to retain him at all costs in order to help them achieve promotion to the Premier League.

Wood has previously flirted with the big show, making one appearance for West Bromwich Albion back in the 2010/11 season as well as earning seven appearances for Leicester in the 2014/15 season, and scored the equalizing goal for the Foxes on their return to the top flight against Everton.

He currently has 17 goals from 29 appearances across all competitions and is the fourth top scorer in the Championship.
