Phoenix coach Des Buckingham is already feeling the heat, so the last thing he needed was a player hiding an illness in a critical A-League clash.
Left back Adam Parkhouse failed to report to the coaching staff that he was ill prior to their 3-1 defeat to Western Sydney.
Instead he played and was substituted after just half an hour, which left Buckingham fuming.
