Peruvian football fans have responded to New Zealand Football CEO Andy Martin's request for All Whites fans to be hostile towards Peru in their upcoming World Cup qualifier.

In a video posted to Facebook , the fans showed just how much support they'll be giving their team and suggested Martin was messing with the wrong country.

The video shows rival teams' hotels in the past having fireworks and street parties organised outside them.

Peru are looking to quality for their first World Cup since 1982, and head into the two-legged qualifier as massive favourites.

The first leg will be played in Wellington on November 11, with the second to be played in Peru's capital, Lima on November 16 (NZ time).
