All Whites stars Winston Reid, Chris Wood arrive in New Zealand

All Whites' Chris Wood, Winston Reid, Rory Fallon, Max Crocombe and Clayton Lewis have all arrived back in New Zealand for their intercontinental playoff against Peru - where a spot at the FIFA World Cup in Russia is up for grabs.

The four players all play their football in England and will have pivotal roles if the All Whites are to qualify for the World Cup.

Peru is currently ranked tenth in the world, while the All Whites are 122nd, so they will have to climb a massive mountain if they want to book their ticket to Russia.

"It's just another game of football at the end of the day for us so that' what we have to focus on," Chris Wood told Newshub.

Both Wood and Reid featured for their Premier league clubs Burnley and West Ham respectively on Sunday (NZ time), while Lewis was an unused substitute during Scunthorpe's goalless draw against Northampton Town in the FA Cup.

Fallon and Crocombe didn't feature for Dorchester Town and Salford respectively in their matches over the weekend.

The All Whites are still waiting for a couple more players to arrive as they begin preparations for the first leg in the capital at Westpac Stadium on Saturday, November 11, with a 4:15pm kick-off.

The second leg will be played in Lima on Thursday, November 16, at 3:15pm (NZ time).
