A scaffolder who died after falling at a refinery in Perth has been named as a Kiwi father of two.
Benjamin White, from Waitara, fell to his death from a considerable height at Alcoa's Kwinana alumina refinery yesterday.
He leaves behind a wife and two young daughters.
Tributes have begun to flow for the young father on Facebook.
One friend commented, "Nicest guy man. Rip big fulla", while another said "Benny the bumble bee. Big man, big heart".
In a statement, Alcoa said it was deeply saddened, and that no other employees or contractors were injured in the accident.
