A man in Sydney has been publicly shamed after he was filmed riding a kid's scooter through one of the city's busiest tunnels.
With no helmet, the man shocked drivers as he scooted westbound through the Cross City Tunnel last night.
He occupied the entire left lane, forcing cars to slow down or overtake.
In New South Wales, foot scooters, skateboards and rollerblades are banned from roads with a dividing line, median strip or a speed limit over 50km/h.
