A New Zealander has been fatally stabbed in Perth.
Police were called to a home in the suburb of Maddington shortly after 1am (5am NZT) on Monday where they found Allan Bruning, 41, with stab wounds.
He was treated by paramedics and rushed to Royal Perth Hospital, but died a short time later.
A 40-year-old woman, believed to known to the victim, has been charged with murder.
A memorial page has started on Facebook, with the aim to raise funds to bring Mr Bruning's body home to New Zealand for burial.
The page says: "Please support the Bruning family by helping to bring Baby Allan Bruning Jr home to rest. Sadly, Allan passed away this morning from a domestic incident."
On the page the family says it is making arrangements for a tangi at Te Awhina Marae in Motueka.
