Newly released footage from the US shows several officers scuffle with a prison inmate before holding up her underwear.
The prison claimed Mayra Martinez was being frisked by officers and was asked to remove her belly button ring when she flipped out and officers had to restrain her.
Another video from the same night shows a police officer beating her as she was being checked into jail. He was stood down over the incident despite claiming it was self defence.
But her lawyer John Phillips says she is the victim and he is asking for a special prosecutor to look at the case.
