Terrifying CCTV footage has emerged of the moment a young boy was struck by a car that had driven through a shop front in Manchester, England.
Driven by a 79-year-old who was well over the alcohol limit, the vehicle careered off the road and into the shop, destroying shelves and cabinets -- and ploughing straight into the six-year-old within.
The car is then put into reverse, which only causes more destruction -- and the boy's family are seen rushing to his aid.
Incredibly, he escapes relatively unscathed -- and is left with only minor scrapes and bruising.
