Anyone who has got themselves into a sweaty mess while running late for a flight will feel this passenger's pain.
A man who missed his flight sparked a security alert at a Madrid airport after he flagged down the departing plane on the tarmac.
The video was posted to Facebook by airport workers, captioned: "This is how passengers in Madrid behave when they don't arrive in time for their flights."
The man managed to skip level four security protocols before jumping three metres off the boarding bridge with two bags in his hands.
He then sprinted across the runway to grab the pilot's attention and try to board the plane.
Incredibly, he actually managed to catch the flight, but was arrested when it landed in the Canary Islands.
