The birth of a baby still inside its amniotic sac has been caught on video in Brazil.
The clip was uploaded to Facebook by a nurse at Santa Casa de Misericórdia de Barretos hospital in Sao Paulo.
The baby was the second of a pair of twins.
"We were waiting to stabilise the first baby and the second came softly," Gisele Correa wrote.
The newborn moves its arms and legs, whilst still safely inside the sac, which protects it while in the womb. It's meant to break before the baby is born, but in around one in 80,000 births, doesn't.
